Requirements and Responsibilities For Meeting/Event Assistant |
Assists with all aspects of planning live and virtual meetings or events for an organization or external client. Coordinates attendee registration and post-event evaluations. Assists with vendor research and maintains vendor contracts. Liaisons with vendors to coordinate day-to-day activities during events. Compiles summaries of costs, attendee demographics, and post-event evaluations. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
