| Requirements and Responsibilities For Regional Support Manager |
| Manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area. Provides guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance checks to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results. Ensures branches are in compliance with bank policies as well as federal and state laws and regulations. Provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day-to-day operations of branches. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
