| Requirements and Responsibilities For Special Events Coordinator |
| Assists with the planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of special events from conception through execution. Assists with defining the event goals, staying on budget, selecting venues, booking entertainment and services, and overseeing logistics such as seating, dining, decorations, and catering. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
